Heading somewhere warmer for your Eureka trip and unsure what to pack? In addition to the items on our generic packing list, we also recommend bringing the following:

  1. Casual Lightweight Clothing (think breathable fabrics)

  2. Swimwear

  3. Sunscreen (high SPF to protect your skin)

  4. Sunglasses

  5. Hat or Cap (to shield yourself from the sun)

  6. Flip Flops or Sandals

  7. After-Sun Lotion or Aloe Vera Gel

  8. Reusable Tote Bag

  9. Light rain jacket

3. Packing for the Colder Months

For those heading somewhere cold, you'll want to ensure you're prepared for colder weather!

  1. Casual Winter clothes

  2. Warm Jacket

  3. Flip flops/sandals

  4. Winter accessories (beanie, gloves, thermals)

4. Our EUREKA Traveller Approved

Finally, we asked you guys to give us your BEST packing tips. Tried and tested, these will truly make you feel prepared for your travels:

  1. Neck Pillow (for comfy bus journeys)

  2. Packing Cubes (for organized and space-saving packing)

  3. Underwater Camera (ultimate Insta-pics)

  4. Earplugs and Sleep Mask (for a good night’s sleep anywhere)

  5. Universal Travel Adapter (to keep all your gadgets charged)

  6. Small Microfibre Travel Towel (a great space-saving tip)

  7. Mini USB Fan that Also Charges Your Phone (perfect for warmer destinations)

  8. Belt Bag/Bum Bag (a secure way to carry your small belongings day-to-day)

  9. Power Bank (optional, but avoid large ones over 20,000 mAh as they may be taken off you at the airport)

5. It should be a Rucksack or Suitcase?

Rucksack:- Well rucksacks are awesome for any adventure. They let you trek over gravel, sand, or through rain without a hitch. No more dragging suitcases through mud or upstairs. But, remember, your back carries it all. Pack smart and light, or you'll feel every ounce on those long hikes. Suitcases: Wheels make them a breeze at airports and smooth roads. But hit mud or stairs, and you'll wish for a rucksack. Hard shells offer protection but add weight. Our pick? A wheeled rucksack! It’s suitcase-easy and adventure-ready.

Now that you've got all the best packing tips & tricks, it's time to head off on the adventure of a lifetime! HAVE FUN!!
